Welcome to Mrs. Thompson's ACE site! Hello fellow ACERs! I am really excited about what we will be exploring in ACE this year. Everything that we study, whether it be Bubble-ology or CSI, will be centered around higher order thinking and challenging ourselves. We should always be proactive and strive to do a little better today than we did yesterday. So keep those thinking caps on and let's get started!
We will be incorporating the 8 habits in our classroom and throughout the school. Although we will incorporate all 8 habits throughout the year, we will concentrate on a different habit each month so that we can learn to integrate them within our daily lives. As a reminder the 8 habits are the following.
Habit 1--Be Proactive
Habit 2--Begin With the End in Mind
Habit 3--Put First Things First
Habit 4--Think Win-Win
Habit 5--Seek First to Understand, Then to be Understood
